New arrival: Esther Fromm
A warm welcome to Esther Fromm, who just started her PhD in the Chromium BEC lab!
Esther’s first task is to build the v2.0 of the Chromium BEC experiment. After getting a Bose-Einstein condensate back, she will study the thermalization of many-body (10000) Cr atoms via magnetic dipole-dipole interactions, for example by observing the evolution of the total magnetization of this ensemble of spin 3 particles.
